Port of Blyth Annual Public Meeting for 2018 Announced

Port of Blyth’s Annual Public Meeting for 2018 has been announced, with the event taking place on Monday 9th April this year.

The meeting provides those with business and community interests in Blyth information on the performance of the port for last year as well as sharing plans for the future.

As a Trust Port, Port of Blyth is an independent organisation – neither privately nor publicly owned, and instead serves a wide range of stakeholders including the community and routinely reinvests profits back into the company, as well as supporting numerous good causes through its community engagement programme.

As well as a presentation on the performance of the port during 2017 and exciting plans for the coming years, the event provides residents with the opportunity to discuss any aspects of port activities with commissioners and senior management.
