The Port has a large varied property portfolio from large scale development sites to single office units
Bates Terminal – Up to 7 hectares with Enterprise Zone status and good access to deep water quays.
Battleship Wharf – Up to 3 hectares with good access to deep water quays and rail facility.
East Sleekburn Site – Large 35 hectare site with Enterprise Zone status being developed in conjunction with Arch Group (Northumberland’s development company) and offering rare large scale opportunity for port related heavy manufacturing or assembly / mobilisation base. Deep water berths being developed and access to existing deep water berths at Battleship Wharf.
The Port can also offer fabrication / assembly space for port related use and office accommodation from small units to self contained buildings of over 400 sq m.
