Photo Competition Winner January 2012


The Port of Blyth has announced the winner of it’s popular annual photo competion with the best snap for 2011 being chosen from almost 300 entries. A delighted Tom Easton is pictured receiving a high specification digital camera from Port Chairman, Tom Dingwall, for his winning entry depicting fishermen leaving port at dawn.

The challenge is now back on to all amateur photographers in the region to send in potential winners for the 2012 competition with the best shot again receiving a top of the range digital camera, all short listed entries appearing on the Port of Blyth website and a lucky few making onto the Annual Community Calendar .
