Interim Port Marine Safety Code Holding Statement

The Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) are currently engaged with the full review and update of the Port Marine Safety Code and Guide to Good Practice (GTGP). The MCA have postponed the requirements for Ports to confirm compliance with the code until the review and update has been completed. This is anticipated by March 2025.
