The Port of Blyth has once again channeled its energy into supporting the local community, concluding its most successful Christmas Appeal to date in aid of Blyth Foodbank and Operation Elf.

Port of Blyth is pleased to announce that it has been awarded £275,000 in match funding from The Crown Estate as part of the second round of their £50m Supply Chain Accelerator fund, a programme designed to provide early-stage development funding for offshore wind supply chain projects.

The Port of Blyth has announced the winners of its Annual Community Photography Competition, which attracted over 500 fantastic entries capturing the unique character of Blyth’s coastline, the busy Port terminals, and the River Blyth throughout the seasons.

As the Port of Blyth celebrates 25 years at the forefront of offshore wind, it is once again turning its energy towards supporting the local community this festive season, launching its 2025 Christmas Appeal in aid of Blyth Foodbank and Operation Elf, aiming to bring vital support and festive cheer to families and individuals across Blyth.
