The Port of Blyth has appointed Olivia Smith as Communications & Marketing Manager during an exciting period of growth for The Port Group.
Olivia will be responsible for promoting the benefits The Port Group can provide to their customers and wider stakeholders whilst building and maintaining its brand and reputation.
Olivia joins the Port from Miller Ground-breaking, having had previous experience in the Offshore Energy sector working for Royal IHC. As one of the UK’s leading Offshore Energy support bases, Olivia will be well equipped to support and promote the Port’s offering to various stakeholders.
On her appointment, Olivia said: “I am thrilled to be joining The Port of Blyth as Communications & Marketing Manager during a period of great expansion for the Port. By leveraging my experience within both the Construction and Offshore Energy industries, I look forward to working alongside the team to introduce fresh ideas and contribute towards the future success of The Port Group.”
