Port Training Services’ visionary skills partnership with Newcastle College has seen the launch of its first course.
The Port’s training arm is to offer the unique Level 3 Offshore Renewables & Subsea Engineering course that will be delivered directly from the Blyth, with the support and input of some of the world leading offshore and subsea companies that call the Port’s leading offshore energy support base home.
PTS and the college have joined forces to deliver high quality training programmes with direct pathways into the offshore energy sector, the North East’s fastest growing industry, with the first intake of students taking their first steps to an exciting career in September 2019.
